Course Description

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter is quoted as saying, “Unless both sides win, no agreement can be permanent.”

When Mr. Carter said this, he must have understood that in order to increase the trust and loyalty between parties in a negotiation, a win-win situation must be found.

A win-win situation is one in which both parties benefit from the negotiated outcome. Win-wins can be achieved by listening sincerely to the other party and identifying their needs and values to explore options that suit mutual interests.

Take this course to learn how you can find a win-win in your next negotiation and get the best outcome for everyone involved!
